Smoked Corn on the Cob

Ingredients
2-4
ears of corn
Butter/olive oil
Salt & pepper
to taste
Instructions
Clean off husks and wash corn.
Soak in ice water for 2 hours.
Rub with olive oil or generously coat with butter. Add salt & pepper. Wrap in foil, creating a packet.
Smoke for about 2 hours at 225-240°F.
