I’m nearly uninspired to write about these doors and the trim but I figure at least I’m nearly done for now and perhaps writing about it will help me to forget it happened. It’s not that the results are not worth it – they completely are. Although you may not be able to tell from the photos, it’s making a really positive impact in all the rooms – I just sick of doing it already! But today should be my last day of doors for a while…I still have a bit of cleaning up to do on the bathroom door downstairs where some of the paint has dripped…but after this afternoon, the actual painting work should be completed.

We’re skipping a few things like the trim that run all the way around all the rooms. I just don’t have it in me to do that right now…and really don’t have the time either.

And the walls like this one that are painted the same color with the same paint…just not up for it yet!

Here’s my next victim…the door on the right which is the back of the extra bedroom door. I hope to get both sides of it done today and since it doesn’t really have any details it shouldn’t be too big a deal. I am hoping to avoid getting covered in this paint today too so we’ll see. But at least the water in the shower is warm again which is a major plus!!

Now I must go do some food shopping to start prepping for the cooking extravaganza which will occur here over the next 2 days!!
