Hey all you dogs out there!
Hope you’ve had an awesome weekend!! I unfortunately started mine off with a bath…but it wasn’t all that terrible. The parentals decided to try washing me in the guest house bathroom…and I have to admit it was pretty posh. I could get used to living it up in there. I even let some of my gorgeous dreadlocks and one of my ears be trimmed today which was very generous of me.
Perhaps in return for me being such an awesome puppy, Christmas came a bit early. I got a HUGE box to eat today and had a great time destroying it! I mean look at my face…can’t you see me smiling?
I was completely going to town on that box, tearing it into little bits, biting hunks out of it…and then the neighbor living behind us showed up. I was ready to pounce on her. I thought she brought me an early present too…but it turns out it was something for the baby. I guess that’s cool. She’s kinda been stealing mom’s attention lately – but I get to spend lots of time with my daddy…and that’s even better.
I think I heard there is another box in my future…and it’s almost as big as this one. Maybe you’ll even get a video from it if I promise to launch myself at the box like I did today.
In case I don’t talk to you again before that…I hope you have a bark-tastic Christmas and a firework-free New Year’s Eve. May you have a 2009 filled with juicy bones, long walks and scratches behind the ears.
