I mentioned this before but we will be going out of town for a few days tomorrow. We’re going to visit Stefan’s parents and celebrate his birthday as well as his father’s (and my mom’s birthday is also this weekend!)
Ayla will be spending her most of tomorrow evening with Stefan’s parents while we go to see Aerosmith. Yes, we should be taking Ayla but we figure she won’t really enjoy all the noise π His parents have spent a few hours alone with Ayla at a time but this will be from about 3 pm until midnight-ish which means they will have a feeding time plus a walk to attend to as well as a few more hours which she will hopefully be sleeping through.
We’re always really nervous about leaving Ayla with anyone because we never really know how she will react. She is usually on her best behavior but their house has lots of glass trinkets and things around which could easily be crushed by a swinging Newfie tail…not to mention the things that she would love to have in her mouth for any period of time. She’s also going to be going into heat very, very soon so it may be a very interesting weekend…
Wow! So many birthdays to celebrate this weekend Ayla! I hope you get lots of cake – one piece from each pawty!
hummmmmmmm your mom doesn’t look like the Aerosmith-type to me!
Love ya lots,
Maggie
Hey Maggie!
I hope I get some cake too! I guess I might have to put on my best good girl impersonation this weekend π
My mom actually makes me listen to Aerosmith in her truck whenever we go somewhere. She has the Big Ones album on permanent repeat. They’re not so bad I guess…and I think my grandparents are probably going to spoil me so I can’t wait! π
Newfie kisses,
Ayla
